Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position involves developing and delivering effective and innovative training courses based on customer requirements. the position involves both course development and possibly some classroom-based delivery with travel required.

- Professional level writing and editing skills

- Results-driven: can deliver high quality written materials with rapid turnaround
- Ability to create courses outside primary area of expertise
- Experience developing programs for a variety of educational media (classroom, broadcast, E-learning, video)
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, best practices, and instructional design processes and methodology
- Experience developing curriculum for a diverse audience, from individual contributor to organizational leaders
- Manage training projects from assessment through evaluation/revision
- Ability to develop training measurements that accentuate the training ROI

Qualifications
- The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience training and developing curriculum for corporate training applications, focusing on but not limited to, computer and other technical skills development.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent corporate experience required.
- Competent with authoring software.
